Important notice to all customers paying by Direct Debit
This notice is to inform you that we have migrated all direct debit payments to an alternative administrator, and that process began on Wednesday 21st February, and should be finished by the end of the month. You will therefore notice that “GoCardless” will start to appear on your bank statement instead of “CooperVision Lens”.
There’s no action required from you to continue paying by Direct Debit, and the change will not affect the service that you receive in any way, nor the amount of your payments.
You may receive an email from CooperVision stating that your direct debit has been cancelled. However, do not be concerned – nothing has been cancelled and your direct debit will continue through GoCardless from now on. All your payments will continue to be fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
