The Costs
Option 1
If you prefer to order contact lenses ‘if and when’ you need them, then the direct debit is £15 per month. There will be an additional reduced cost for the product on ordering, on top of the £15 per month.
Option 2
If you would like your contact lenses posted automatically, direct to you every 3 months, the monthly direct debit cost will be £15 plus the product cost.
The CarePlan must run for 18 months before you can cancel it. If it is cancelled sooner, then any discounts given must be repaid to Eyeworks Redhill Ltd.
